Meet Rochelle

Prior to Exploration, Rochelle was a technical specialist at a global computer brand. Born and raised in Marikina City, Philippines, she took her BS in Aviation Electronics and Communications Engineering degree at the PATTS College of Aeronautics. She has an interest for cuisine and travel and enjoys the company of her family and circle of friends.

Rochelle is the Director of Operations at Exploration. She oversees all departments and assists with work prioritization and delegation as needed. She also fulfills a wide range of tasks for Exploration, including employee payroll, hiring, and new-hire orientation and onboarding.

Rochelle studied at the PATTS College of Aeronautics for a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Electronics and Communications Engineering. Before joining Exploration, she honed her skills for nearly a decade in the Business Process Outsourcing sector in the Philippines as a specialist in the Information and Communications Technologies industry.

Rochelle has an interest for cuisine and travel and enjoys the company of her family and circle of friends. She is also a staunch supporter of locally made products that aim to uplift the lives and talents of the local business industry.
