As the normal day to day slows a bit, we have an opportunity to reflect on the year. The spirit of the season remind us to have gratitude–for employees, clients, and partners; and also for our competitors, challenges, and the hurdles we’ve met along the way. All of this helps to shape us and provide future direction.
